Build Larger Arms
Many weight trainers start working out to build muscle mass in their upper arms. To build larger arm muscles you need to train the triceps at least as much as the biceps because the triceps make up more of the muscle size of the upper arms. You also need to target the brachialis muscle located on the outside of the arms between the biceps and triceps with hammer curls for added arm thickness.
