Do Heavy Cheat Curls

  While you should good weight training form on your exercises, there is one exercise that it’s okay to cheat on a little bit. Starting off your biceps weight training workout with a set or 2 of cheat barbell curls will get the blood flowing in your arms for a good pumped feeling. Just bend forward a little to get the weight started up and lower it slowly. After your cheat curls use proper form on the rest of your biceps exercises.
