Eat 5 Or 6 Small Meals Per Day To Lose Fat

  Increasing your metabolic rate is very important to help get rid of unwanted fat. To increase metabolism you not only need to exercise but also eat more often. This doesn’t mean that you should increase your caloric intake, you still want to burn more calories than you consume. Eating 5 or 6 small meals per day will give you a small increase in metabolism every time you eat and keep you energetic throughout the day.
