At the top of your list of things to do should be exercise, in capital letters! If you’re serious about losing weight in a week, an exercise regimen is your best friend. Cycling, swimming and running are excellent forms of exercise that really burn the calories.
If the weather’s bad, you can simply use your living room as your personal sports training ground. You needn’t stress your body by speedy exercises, you just need to do a set number of stretches, situps or pull-ups. Push yourself to attain a number you might not have thought possible. You want to have sweat running down your forehead at the end of each workout. Set aside time in the morning and evening to do your exercises without fail.
