Here are some tips on how to build muscle mass.

1. Keeping track of your progress. Tracking helps you to track the amount of weight you are losing and as well as the exercises you are doing. Only then can you know whether the hard work you are putting in is paying off.

2. Concentrate on each muscle group with one exercise at a time. You don’t actually need to do a lot of reps to build muscles. 3 to 4 sets is optimal. Anything more than that is useless.
