You have to think about your teenager when you help them find job opportunities for teens. You want to try to find something that will match their personality and will be something they enjoy. If you have a full time job, and so does your spouse, it might be hard for you to drive them anywhere. This might limit what they can do when they think about jobs for the summer. If they can make arrangements to ride with a friend, that could work out great, as long as the friend is reliable.
