Simple Tummy Toning Exercises
If you want to get rid of your belly fat and gain a six pack abs, here are some simple tummy toning exercises you can do in your free time.
First, lie down on your back. Bend the knees and place your feet flat on the mat. Put your hands behind your head and rise up slowly. Wait a few seconds; then slowly lie back down. Repeat this 10 times. If you feel pain in your back or neck, stop.
