Wrought iron bed holds sentimental value
I have seen a lot of wrought iron beds in my life, but this one is really spectacular.
It is exactly what you would think of when you try to picture a wrought iron bed. It is as big and ornamental as your typical wrought iron fence, in fact. It is solidly made with flourishes, flowers, and big iron lion’s feet at the bottom. It has actually been in my family for generations.
My father claims that it was a priceless antique, but my mother says that he is just being silly. She says that there are thousands of wrought iron bed frames just like this one out there, and it is not worth anything except its sentimental value.
