Understanding What Causes Nightmares
Dreams are symbolic, but no ordinary dream dictionary is going to help you out very much. Those things like death often symbolize change in almost any type of dream or nightmare, most other things are subjective. What this means is that someone may dream that they are in a plane crash because they are afraid of losing their jobs, but other may have this same dream because they feel their marriage is failing and there is nothing they can do about it. Understanding what causes nightmares with specific themes is very subjective. You have to think what is going on in your life if you want to figure out what causes nightmares that you are having.
