Sometimes, selling your house may seem like an exciting adventure. When you sell your house, you feel like you have nothing tying you down except maybe your job, if you really like it. The best part of selling your house is that you’ll probably make money on the transaction. An exception to this would be if you sold because you needed the money real bad. I have known too many people who have had to sell a house because of serious financial problems or to get out of debt. When this happens to you, selling your home is no longer the pleasant experience that it should be. Suddenly, all security is gone and you feel totally insecure.
