The new VSX mid range series Pioneer VSX-9040TXH is a 7.1 channel AV receiver comes with a host of useful features that will delight most home theater enthusiasts. It uses trickle down technology from their flagship Pioneer SC27 and shares may similarities with the VSX-21TXH.
