LA DUI Lawyers and BAC Testing
Being charged with DUI, or drunk driving, in LA or anywhere in California does not mean you will be convicted.
A Blood Alcohol Content test must be conducted fairly and properly to carry enough weight in court to result in a conviction. Your lawyer must understand all of the intricacies of BAC testing, the procedures that must be adhered to by police officers and the weaknesses and strengths of the equipment used to carry out the test.
