No Income Tax in Wyoming

In Wyoming there is no State Income tax for individuals or Corporations. Wyoming is an oil rich state that is fiscally responsible, and so, for the foreseeable future will not be interested in taxing corporations. Keep in mind that in Nevada the legislature is being lobbied heavily to institute a state income tax on corporation. Wyoming is one of the only states with a budget surplus!
