The selling of a piece of real estate is so big, so important, that a whole industry has grown up around it. Thousands of people all over the counrty work in the real estate industry. These people’s jobs have become very specialinzed over time because the work they do is so important.
The fact that the real estate industry has become so specialized means that is very overwhelming and time consuming to try to handle a real estate transaction by yourself.
