There are hundreds of over the counter acne medicine available in your pharmacy these days and it can be quite difficult to determine which is the best OTC acne medicine.
One way is to go online and read reviews and comments from other acne users. That is the best way to get feedback on which is the best OTC acne medicine for you. Alternatively, you can consult with your dermatologist and he/she will be able to recommend to you the best over the counter acne medication to use.
I highly recommend Proactive acne cream if you want the best OTC acne medicine. I have used it for a few years and never had an acne outbreak ever since I use proactive.

Acne myths are sort of like urban legends about the causes of acne and how certain foods and chemicals can help to cure acne permanently. These have not been scientifically proven so these acne myths continue to be very popular.
One such acne myths natural treatment is that by washing your face several times a day, you can prevent acne outbreaks. Washing your face only get rid of oil and dust which is good. But do it too often and you will leave your skin too dry.
Another common acne myth is that only teenagers get acne infection. While the majority of acne sufferers are teenagers, some adults do get acne from time to time. Acne is often caused by your body hormonal changes. I recommend Acnezine if you want to buy acne products

There are many acne naturists who believe an acne foruncular naturist treatment can help to control and cure acne. They believe changing your diet can help to control your acne outbreak and even cure acne completely.
For some people, it could be due to a simple food allergy. For others, it could be a combination of the wrong type of food. Another acne foruncular natural treatment is detoxification. It involves special diets that can help cleanse your body of toxins by restoring the intestines to function normally again. There are many such products available on the market. One example is Bowtrol colon cleanse.
Some natural foods that can help acne are black currant seed oil, evening primrose oil, tea tree oil and goldenseal.

Foruncular is actually associated with a specific type of acne. The correct word is actually furuncular derived from the word furuncle. Furuncle is a painful nodule on the skin caused by staphylococcus bacteria.
It is a common medical condition and there are many acne foruncular natural treatment that can help cure this form of acne. Alternatively, you can take antibiotics for long term. However, there are many side effects associated with acne antibiotics such as dizziness, nausea and changes in skin color etc.
The most commonly prescribed acne anti-biotics are tetracycline and erythromycin. These can cause nausea when taken on an empty stomach. That is why I prefer to use natural acne skin care products which do not cause such side effects.

There has been some debate by medical researchers lately that the root cause of acne is genetic and any acne diet naturist treatment is useless. However, I believe this to be not true.
The basis of the debate stems from two key research conducted in the 1960s. The conclusion at that time was acne was caused by a hormonal imbalance in the body which in turn was caused by a genetic defect. Since it was genetic, there are no acne cure available and the only way was to treat the symptoms.
However, from my research, I believe your diet plays an important part of your acne condition. Common sense will dictate that eating the wrong food for years got to have an effect on your body. In fact taking the wrong food can impact your hormonal balance in ways science has not been able to explain til today. That is why I believe an acne diet treatment is important.

Acnezine is a natural acne treatment product that promises to cure your acne problem within weeks. What’s different about Acnezine is that it uses completely natural herbs unlike other acne products that can be side effects and considered harsh on the skin.
Acnezine works by tackling the acne problem inside out. It aims to reduce the load on the liver and gives it more time to regulate hormone production.
Acnezine also helps to remove toxins from the body. It’s a mild detoxification so most people will have no side effects from taking acnezine.
Since Acnezine is taken, you don’t need to apply anything to your skin or face. Most acne products only tackle the surface problem, that is the acne themselves. However, the root cause of the problem is not resolved and so acne can always break out again.
The only downside is acnezine takes a while before you can see the effects. Generally it takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks from consumption before it’s effects is apparent. If you like to know more, check out my acnezine review here.
