Lower abs muscles are the hardest to train primarily because not many exercises specifically target your lower abdominal muscles. Here are some lower abdominal exercises you can try at home.

Double leg lifts. Lie on your back, hands under your buttocks, palm facing the floor. Then lift your legs up vertically 90 degrees. Lower them after a few seconds. Slowly, reduce the angle of your legs against the floor until they are only a few inches off the floor. Repeat this 5 to 8 times.

In fact, in this book, the author does not recommend any type of weight loss or muscle building supplements which I like. He actually finds the word diet to be very misleading. You know why when you read his book.

This book is massive at 337 pages with 17 chapters. In fact, it took me about a week to finish reading and start applying what he is teaching. The first chapter is about motivation and setting goals which is important when losing weight.

Proper Bench Pressing Form

 For proper bench pressing form you need to keep your butt on the bench while performing the exercise. Keep your feet flat on the floor and keep a small natural arch in your back. Pull your shoulders blades inward and downward and contract your upper back muscles so you pop your chest out so most of the resistence is targeting more directly on your chest muscles. Lower the bar under control until it touches your chest and try to explode the weight upward when you bench during chest workouts.
