Medical philosophy is vastly different than all natural herbal therapy but what many people have found now is that especially for those on chemotherapy, both can be used together for a greater outcome in health.
Herbal overall philosophy is to support the body’s natural defenses and work with the body until any illness is gone. Boosting the immune system is part of the answer in herbal healing.
Medical doctors are aggressive in their attack on cancer and try to burn the cancer out, cut it out, or kill it with potent drugs. In the process they will stifle the body’s immune system and natural defense mechanisms.
Both philosophies have their triumphs and challenges. For many people, the big question is this: do all natural Chinese herbs or any herbs for that matter have a place in chemotherapy treatment? Read the entire article on natural solutions chemotherapy to find out.

A natural solution for cancer pain is available.
What can be done for cancer pain? The statistics are surprising about how many people with cancer have cancer pain: 30-45% of people with cancer experience moderate to severe cancer pain, 70 to 90% for those with advanced cancer. Studies show that even cancer survivors of 10 years or more are still suffering from cancer pain.
Many with cancer don’t want to take Vicodin prescriptions which can be addictive and then cause a problem with withdrawal. Others do not notice a significant enough decrease in cancer pain with medication, and end up continuing the drug for years and years. The longer one is on any prescription, the less quality of life he or she can have and the more prescription drugs one is on, the quicker their health can go downhill depending on the circumstances.

Q - How will I know if I’m detoxing or just sick?
A - Good question. Fact is, even if you get a cold, a cold by any other name is still detoxing. Your body is literally getting rid of unwanted accumulated gunk in the easiest way – through the drainage system (your sinus cavities). Colds and flu are the most typical form of detoxing. And sometimes you get a cold motivated by a virus that you were exposed to vs. detoxing perfumes and VOCs that you accumulated that day. It depends on what your physiology is.
Not everyone goes through detoxing per se. Some folks use natural herbal products for two months, saying “Why am I taking this stuff? It isn’t doing anything for me!” After months, results CAN kick in.

You don’t have to be a gourmet chef to enjoy what an indoor herb garden can offer. You probably already use many types of herbs in your foods, but you probably get them from a bottle. Though these work, nothing works as well or tastes as good as herbs straight from an outdoor or indoor herb garden. Fresh is always best, and this is no exception.

For a while, it seemed like there was a new recall to think about almost every single day. If it wasn’t some type of bacteria in salad fixings, it was the lead paint being found on many toys that are not made in the United States.

An emergency or first aid kit can be found in almost any home. But in a home where you have a juvenile diabetic child, there needs to be additional supplies for their needs.
There are going to be times when your child is going to need help to manage their diabetes and it may be an emergency situation because their blood sugar has dropped dangerously low.
The kit should include instructions on what to do in case of an emergency and numbers to call like parents and health care providers. In addition glucose tablets, fast-acting food stuff should be included to raise your child’s blood sugar quickly.
You should include a snack that is considered long-acting too. Something that will keep for a long time such as a granola bar is a convenient item to have.

People have been drinking tea forever, and the Chinese have long believed in the healing properties as well as preventive nature of tea. Recently, even some in the medical community have embraced the healing benefits of green tea.
It is being touted as offering benefits to those suffering from cancer, arthritis, high cholesterol, heart disease and infection. While the exact process of healing is still under study, few in the east and now the west dispute the benefits of green tea.
Research has shown that catechin polyphenols contained in the tea is a catalyst for the benefits of green tea. Serving as anti-oxidants, they help promote the immune system fight off certain ailments.
It is more prevalent in green tea mainly to due to the way it is processed. Black teas and oolong tea is often fermented, which can reduce the benefits of the polyphenols. However, the benefit of green tea is preserved through steaming the leaves, allowing them to maintain the properties of the polyphenols.
The tea is consumed through various methods such as in hot tea and ice tea and depending on the process can be as strong, or stronger than black or oolong teas.
Numerous companies are taking advantage of new information about the benefits of green tea as they rush to meet consumer demand for the product being touted as a health benefit.

You can easily build a homemade hydroponics flood and drain system with just a few materials that you may already have around the house or that you can buy cheaply at any hardware store.
- A pair of large buckets, about five gallons each
- A couple yards of flexible half inch tubing
- Clean gravel
- Mesh plastic screen, like window screen
- Grow medium of your choice
- A platform for the apparatus to stand on
The small effort it takes to build a hydroponics garden is well worth the rewards you’ll gather. Hydroponics gardens grow faster than soil gardens, the plants produce a larger crop yield and you can grow plants all year long.

Control flowering annuals diseases-It is also important to look for signs of disease or insect infestation every time you work in the garden. For instance, as you are pulling weeds, look at the plants. Are the stems intact, or are they showing signs of cracks or other damage? Is the foliage leafy, green and free of holes and spots? Catching problems early is the best way to cure them.
When watering annuals, it is best to avoid overhead watering if you can. That is because splashing a lot of water on the foliage of plants can encourage a variety of diseases. Most plant diseases love moisture, and standing water on plants is a great way for existing diseases to spread throughout the garden, or for a new infection to take hold.
A combination of drip irrigation and soaker hoses is usually the best choice for watering the garden. These methods allow for greater control over the amount of water each plant receives, and they generally allow for deeper, more thorough, watering as well. more on annual flower diseases

In the majority of cases hemorrhoids will respond rapidly to herbal medicines, both taken internally as well as externally, however it is also necessary to address the cause of the condition. A few of the factors you might want to look at include sitting or standing for extended periods, lack of exercise,, dehydrations and lifting heavy objects. The leading cause of hemorrhoids is straining during bowel movements and constipation, so you should be sure you get enough dietary fiber to avoid both.
Herbal Hemorrhoid Treatment Solutions:
Aloe Vera
You can put aloe gel or pulp right directly on the area that is affected with hemorrhoids..
Pilewort
Piles are another name for hemorrhoids and this herb was named for its effectiveness for this condition. It tonifies the blood vessels plus stops bleeding. You can apply it as an ointment or drink it as a tea or tincture - either way it works great!.

Aromatherapy had been around for thousands of years – just under different names.
As the name implies, it’s the medical science of healing your body and emotions with scented oils. The oils are usually mixed with a carrier material such as a hot bath, lotions, facial cream, flower water or vegetable-based oils.
Aromatherapy oils, products with the oils added, and books answering this question in great detail exist and more come out every day.
See here to find more details about what is aromatherapy.

Vervain, Cupid’s Dart, Costmary and Orris are few example of it. These herbs have distinct aroma of their own which acts as a characteristic feature to them. Then another kind of plants namely kitchen and seasoning herbs like Cardoon, Samphire, Leaved Basil and Winter Savory etc ,these are used as flavors and spices in food. Agrimony, Greater Celandine, Marguerite, Our - Lady’s Bedstraw, Madder etc are horticulture plants and still are used as that only.
