Who would think that you would need to cure bad breath from a high protein diet? Not many people would know that you can get bad breath while dieting.
When, in an attempt to lose weight, people eat a diet that is low in carbohydrates and high in protein, this is called a high protein diet. The reasoning behind this type of diet is that by eliminating carbohydrates from the body, the body is forced to use its fat reserves for energy.
Ketones From Metabolism
When a high protein diet forces the body to consume its fat reserves, the use of the fat causes the generation of ketones. Ketone is the term that refers to the molecules that are produced as a by-product of fat metabolism or consumption. The body is able to use most of the ketones for energy except for one type of ketone molecule that it cannot digest.
Acetone Is The Culprit
The acetone molecule is not processed by the body and is instead mostly released through the urine and the breath. The urine can be checked for levels of ketones and when the body is releasing larger amounts of ketones, the body is said to be in a state of ketosis. The acetone ketones that are released through the breath have their own distinctive and unpleasant odour.
If you have bad breath from a high protein diet, a cure or other temporary remedy may be suitable for your situation. It is not as easy to eliminate the cause of bad breath from a high protein diet because the cause of the bad breath is internal and a by-product of the fat burning caused by the diet.

Where can you find interesting chicken recipes ? The first person to look to when you are trying to find new chicken recipes is your mother. Every mother – or father, if he was the one who cooked in your family – has at least one chicken recipe that she cherishes above all else. For my mom, it was her chicken curry recipe. It was absolutely delicious. It had chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, tons of turmeric, and of course a spicy curry sauce. She taught it to me when I went off to college, and I’ve been cooking it ever since. It is a mainstay of my diet.

It turns out that fruit juice concentrate – and most juice you purchase – adds sugar to make it sweeter. As if this were not dire
enough, the packaging procedure annihilates a lot of the vitamins that make the juice vigorous in to begin with. I am positive that all around this nation, a lot of parents believe that they are serving their kids something much better than they really are.
The bottom line is that the only way to have good fruit juices is to squeeze the fruit yourself. Even though it is possible to buy fruit juice in a store that is plausibly healthy, it still isn’t as good as fresh squeezed juice.

I have always been unafraid of defying conventions with the articles that I write. I would not explain why at the time, but I had already come to realize why the diet article was importance to me. You see, I have always tried to cultivate a larger-than-life image. As a writer, I have to be distant from my subject matter. I have to be strong and confident so that I can get the quotes that I need to make my articles work. Through writing diet articles, I could show that I have had to deal with the same personal struggles that everyone else does. My other articles are not insincere, and I have not lied about who I am in the past, but I certainly haven’t revealed it. I felt that it was time to reveal a part of myself in my article writing.
As it stands, I have not had the diet article published. Some of my editors have made very little effort to disguise their disgust, but other ones seem more interested. I even have one promising lead for a future edition. My diet article might not earn me Fame or success, but it was worth writing for me. I have always written for myself, and I will continue to do so.

Bottled water is one of the highest profiting businesses. Everywhere we go, there are water bottles being sold. We pay for the water that runs through our house and we pay for the water we drink. The difference is that tap water is readily available with no threat of it running out and bottled water is package in nicely shaped trendy bottles. Experts still don’t quite agree on how much vitamin C you should get and what is the best way to take it. Is natural vitamin C important, or can you get supplements with a synthetic kind? Should you get all of it from food, or should you get some of it from pills as well? Most of all, is there any truth to the claims that taking huge amounts of vitamin C can help you fight off infections? Does it really help, or does it actually just put added strain on your system which has to eliminate all of the excess vitamins?
There is also some evidence that it does really help in a variety of unexpected ways, aiding the treatment of anything from acne to cancer. As a matter of fact, vitamin C acne cream is now a common product at many health food stores and pharmacies. C vitamins can not hurt you, and they do seem to help with a lot of different physical processes.

Believe it or not, but there indeed are natural cures for acne. I think many individuals are to the point where they’re utterly fed-up with products that don’t really work.
My teenage daughter is certainly someone who suffers from acne pimples. For nearly a year she scrubbed, masked and massaged creams onto her face. Unfortunately there were no significant results. Okay, it was time for a collaborative effort. This acne was getting out of hand. We decided to go with natural cures for acne, in addition to a treatment cream from our family doctor.
Our daughter started a new diet. This diet consisted of many fruits and vegetables combined with lean meats, grains and oodles of water. No more fast food, soft drinks and junk. Within a week’s time we could already see a major difference.
