Pleading Our Case To Santa
As children, my brothers and sisters and I, feverishly scanned the ads after Thanksgiving in order to generate our wish list for Santa. Upon completion, we would compose our Santa letters to go along with our wish lists. The good along with the bad things we did that year should be included with the reasons why we should receive all of those items on our wish list as insisted by our Momma. She said Santa would gladly include those children on his wish list who admitted to their mistakes. I, for one, knew that Santa is always watching and because of this, I should be forthcoming in my wrongdoings. As you can imagine some of my letters would be quite lengthy!
