Some people like to use a leotard, or some kind of underbody stretch pants when they work out. Even if you don’t like the way they look, they can be very comfortable. They can prevent chafing, wick sweat away from your body, and regulate your temperature.

For other people, less is more when it comes to gym pants. I know a lot of people who like to simply wear a pair of warm-up pants over some underwear and call it a day. This is an especially popular style of gym pants among guys in my area.
