Once you’ve received a copy of your credit report, you’ll need to know how to read it. The first thing you’ll notice is a bunch of confusing numbers, terms and abbreviations. Examples of these are – Trade lines, account review inquiries and charge-offs, etc. So where do you begin to make sense of it all? We suggest you begin by requesting a copy of your credit report from each of the three major credit reporting agencies in the USA, and analyze them as outlined below.
