With most diets the quick weight loss diet will plateau out after an initial weight loss. One of the things that I found that helped me lose weight quickly is to fast for three days prior to beginning a diet.
During the three days of fasting I drink water and a limited amount of juices. This helps to detoxify your system and also shrinks f your stomach down.
