We all know how cinema tends to go way off track. The “based on true events” spiel can be pretty vague to say the least. For all we know, each story contained human beings and took place on planet earth, hence based on true “EVENTS.” Regardless of any truth relating back to the “Scream” film, the scream masks will remain in circulation.
