Building The Triceps
It’s very important to tricep workouts with a lot of intensity to help build bigger arms. The triceps are a larger muscle group than the biceps, so despite the fact that most weight trainers tend to focus more on biceps exercises to build arm size because they’re easier to show off, triceps exercises will actually help you more in getting big arms.
