Increasing Lat Width

If you’re into bodybuilding, you need to increase the width of your lats. The lats (latissmus dorsi) are the large wing shaped muscles on the sides of the upper back. To build width during your lat workouts you need to do pull-up or cable pulldown exercises. Pull-ups are superior to cable pulldowns but many people may not be able to do very many of them. One great pull-up exercise tip is to use a machine that will assist you in doing them.
