Use High Reps On Ab Exercises
If you weight train, it’s best to regularly try different rep ranges with a light, medium, and heavy workout for each muscle. One muscle group that is an exception are the abdominals and midsection area. Abdominal exercises should always be done for high reps because you want to tighten your midsection not make it bigger and wider.
