Wild Goose Qigong Principles

The Wild Goose Qigong system is a very comprehensive method of self health care. It promotes overall health and well-being and is based upon the principles of Chinese Medicine. Someone interested in improving their health in this way usually learns on of the many moving forms. The Wild Goose Qigong Basic Training (First Sixty-Four Movements) is the usual starting point.

In order to learn the form easily, one should understand the basic principles which include the shifting of body weight, using circular and spiral movements, coordinating the movements with the breath and understanding the relationship between the centre and the periphery.
