Health And Safety At School
I remember our teachers talking about health and safety very early on in school. Despite warnings, one of my classmates broke his leg. We were warned that the playground equipment would be slippery in the morning thanks to the dew that forms overnight, and we were not to play on it before school. This classmate did not listen to this rule about health and safety, or rather he choose to ignore it, and he fell off and broke his leg. It was a lesson that most of us benefited from, though it was too bad that it had to happen.MRSA is the newest in health and safety concerns that most schools have to worry about. This is something that is resistant to antibiotics in many cases, and can lead to death. It is also something that is spread from child to child very easily, and this staph infection can live on surfaces for weeks at a time.
