The poker craze has been sweeping the nation. Turn on the TV and notice how many tournaments are being broadcast. Televised games, online sites, and professional gambling personalities are literally being shown everyday. Hollywood celebrities are also getting in on the action so that’s a pretty good sign of the popularity of the game. There seems to be no end to this poker madness in sight.
If you have played poker for any period of time you know that one of the most important skills you need to develop to win any game is the art of bluffing. If you learn to master the art of bluffing, nine times out of ten the probability is you will win your game…and your pot of poker chips! Every now and again, you will run into a player or a hand that will call your bluff and even get lucky but overall your wins will outweigh the losses. Think of this…if you become really good at bluffing, then most of your competitors will fold their cards and give you their chips after thinking about it for a good, long while.
