On Making More World of Warcraft Gold

Most WoW players want to make more gold for the simple reason that in-game poverty bites.

Making More Warcraft Gold - One of the things that helps to build your gold stash is a little patience and understanding what your market is. I’ll use copper ore as an example. One day you look at prices on the Auction House and it goes for almost 4 gold a stack. A few days later it’s under 1 gold a stack.

What gives? Copper is bought by people who want to level their mining skill (they smelt it into bars for skill gains), by blacksmiths learning or leveling their trade, and by engineers. Especially with Blacksmiths, one person might hit the Auction House and buy huge amounts of ore. What’s left, if any, is the expensive stuff.

On the other hand, a group of people collect lots of ore and dump it on the AH at the same time. They then undercut each other in price and it drops to the 70 silver range.

So wait. All that cheap ore will be bought up soon enough. Hold onto your ore until the price climbs the the quantity available is less. Then post yours at the higher price. You’ll make far more gold in the long run.
