Our environment is loaded with toxins. They are in the water we drink, the food we eat and the air we breathe. The toxins can build up to dangerous levels if you don‘t do something about it. When you are younger, your body can flush the toxins out but as you age and are exposed to more and more of them, it just can’t keep up. The result is loss of energy, aging and disease.
