Alaska Kayaking Destination - Le Conte Glacier Bay

Le Conte Glacier Bay is a 12-mile fjord carved out of the mountain range by glaciers. Le Conte Glacier is the southernmost tidewater glacier in North America. It is a lively glacier, calving and fracturing constantly, filling the bay with thousands of icebergs.

Kayak day trips through the bay give boaters a peek of icebergs in every imaginable size and shape, lush forests, ancient, sheer rock walls and thundering waterfalls. Alaska Kayaking Le Conte let boaters experience and see the majestic and sometimes fierce side of Alaskan nature.
