Using Noise Cancelling Head Sets

I knew how important it was to get regular exercise, so I made sure I took a brisk 30 minute walk every single day. I like ti listen to audiobooks on my portable music player to help pass the time while I ‘m walking, but have encountered a major barrier. I live in a high traffic area. the sound from my MP3 Player is often drowned out by the roar of car engines and truck engines, which means I tend to miss crucial bits of information. This is annoying of course, so I finally decided to purchase a noise cancelling head set, a couple of weeks ago.
